My entire life, the impulse to nurture and protect has been my guiding light. As a healer, my path began with the simple and selfless desire to ease the burdens of those I love.

I’ve always been a healer. When I was younger I would massage my grandmother. It was obvious to me I was able to ease her pain with my touch.
Unfortunately, I didn't know how to work with energy properly and I was unknowingly taking her pain on myself. This led to physical pain and the energy depletion of my body. I eventually had to stop completely.
Many years later, I met psychic and master healer, Carrie Cardozo. She taught me how to heal with universal energy instead of using my own. Throughout my journey, I discovered why I was not able to fully express love for others, and a fear of being vulnerable.
Later, I realized how my fear around love and vulnerability was connected to my ancestral lineage.
After recognizing this, I was able to shift and heal the energy. I devoted myself to opening my heart to others, and stepping into the energy of love and vulnerability.

Connecting to, and reading energy is my passion. Energy reveals the truth we can not see. It subtly provides the information we need to know that is often undetectable from any other source.

Our bodies are capable of healing themselves, though sometimes we need to be made aware of these energetic blocks first. Then we can shift and release that energy in order to heal ourselves.

To support people in healing, I examine where issues originate from and guide individuals in moving their energy and shifting their mindset for them to heal. It is my greatest joy to help people uncover the root of their struggles, and in achieving the fulfilling life they desire.
