My entire life, I've been called to protect, and guide others. Healing has never been just a career path for me—it is woven into the very fabric of who I am.
As a child, I instinctively knew I could ease pain through touch. I would massage my grandmother, and watching her find relief felt completely natural. What I didn’t understand back then was that I was absorbing her physical pain as my own. Without the tools to manage my energy, I became physically depleted and eventually had to stop.
My passion for helping others eventually led me to a 20-year career as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I expanded my knowledge of physical fitness further with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science, devoting two decades to helping people build strength, health, and confidence. Yet, "I kept noticing a pattern: while my clients achieved incredible physical results, many struggled to sustain them. I realized that lasting transformation required something far deeper than physical training—it required healing the unseen layers of the mind, body, and spirit."
From Strength to Spirit
I felt I could expand my skills further, and my soul nudged me to dive deeper. I went on to become a certified Reiki Master and Angel Guide. Yet, despite these practices there was a deeply personal turning point in my life: my son’s illness. Desperate for answers, I began exploring the world of energy medicine even further.

That’s when I met master healer and psychic Carrie Cardozo. Under her mentorship, I learned to channel universal life force energy rather than depleting my own—a shift that revolutionized both my personal life and my professional practice.

Through my own healing, I uncovered the emotional blocks and ancestral patterns that had kept me from fully expressing love and embracing vulnerability. Today, I seamlessly combine my background in movement science, holistic health, and energy healing to guide others in releasing what no longer serves them.
