The Practitioner offers energy healing, energetic alignment, and related spiritual support services. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions. Clients are advised to consult with licensed healthcare providers for any medical concerns.

By engaging in these services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Personal Health & Well-being: Clients maintain full responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional health. The Practitioner is not liable for any actions, decisions, or damages resulting from the services provided.

• Minors & Guardianship: Clients under the age of 18 must provide official emancipation documentation to receive services independently. All other minors require the express written consent of a legal guardian, which must be re-confirmed for each new service rendered.

• Mental Capacity: Clients must possess the mental capacity to make informed decisions regarding their well-being. If a client lacks this capacity, a valid advance directive or proof of legal guardianship must be provided before services can begin.

The Practitioner is not responsible for any unexpected health issues, emotional distress, or physical symptoms that may arise during or after the course of treatment. Results from energy healing vary and are not guaranteed. The Practitioner assumes no liability for outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Physical or emotional discomfort

• Reactions to energetic shifts

• Disruptions in relationships or life patterns

• Unforeseen psychological or emotional responses

Clients acknowledge that healing is a personal journey and may be influenced by many factors.

All information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential. The Practitioner will not disclose any personal or private information without the client’s explicit consent. However, the Practitioner may share general, non-identifiable information for educational or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Upon purchase, digital content (e.g., meditations, readings, guides) will be immediately made available for access and download through the client’s account. The client is responsible for securely storing and retaining all purchased materials. The Practitioner reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any digital content at any time and at their sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for digital products once access has been granted.

Access to the membership area and associated community forums is granted at the discretion of the Practitioner. By accessing the membership area, users agree to abide by the following:

• Respect and Kindness: Treat all members with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

• Confidentiality: Do not share personal information about others or disclose private details shared in the community.

• No Harmful Content: Refrain from posting hate speech, misinformation, or content that promotes harm.

• Moderation Rights: The Practitioner, moderators, and staff reserve the right to remove posts, mute users, or suspend access for violations of these guidelines.

The Practitioner assumes no liability for any damages, disputes, or negative outcomes arising from interactions, discussions, or content shared within the community.

Payment is due at the time of service. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Practitioner reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Digital content access granted

• Services already provided

• Cancellation of sessions after the first session

No refunds will be issued for digital products once access has been granted.

The Practitioner may modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any significant changes to the services offered.

By accessing the website or purchasing any service, the client electronically consents to these Terms & Conditions. All agreements are binding and may be stored electronically for record-keeping purposes.

All content, including but not limited to meditations, readings, guides, and materials, is the intellectual property of Marketa the Healer. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of services or the interpretation of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida. The Practitioner does not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for healing. Healing is a personal process influenced by many factors, including the client’s mindset, emotional state, and life circumstances.

By using the website or purchasing any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
